2. What is FLEX? FLEX is a Motorola Solutions Public Safety software suite. FLEX offers a robust and flexible solution for Jail, CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) and RMS (Records Management System) used widely in the Public Safety sector.

3. Who can join SERFUN? Agencies that are Motorola FLEX customers in the following locations: AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MO, NC, SC, TN, VA, WV and the USVI.
