To help provide facts and answer questions about partnering with the event, we have created this Vendor Packet. It offers details on navigating the event and its many opportunities for involvement — and includes a registration form.

WHO WE ARE

The Southeast Regional Flex User Network (SERFUN) is comprised of members representing all Public Safety disciplines, including Police, Corrections, Fire, EMS, Dispatch (911), and IT Administrators. All participating agencies utilize Motorola’s Flex software as part of their public safety operations.

While Motorola hosts a national training conference each year, the cost of attendance can be prohibitive, particularly for smaller agencies with limited budgets and resources. Recognizing this challenge, our Association was established to provide a more accessible, cost-effective opportunity for users to connect, learn, and collaborate.

Each year, members from across our 12-state network gather to:

1. Participate in hands-on training sessions

2. Receive software updates and best practice guidance

3. Share operational experiences and solutions

4. Network with peers facing similar challenges

5. Collaborate on improvements and innovations

Our membership includes agencies that have been using Flex for as little as four months to those with over 30 years of experience. This diverse range of expertise creates a valuable learning environment where newer agencies can gain insights from seasoned users, and experienced agencies can discover new approaches and efficiencies.
 

ABOUT

We expect roughly 100 To 150 attendees at the Southeast Regional Flex Users Network conference in 2027. As with previous years, attendance is from public safety agencies from Al, AR, FL, GA, LA, MO, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, and WV who use Motorola Flex Suit Software. 

This year we will have opportunities where businesses and organizations can present their products and services for public safety needs. Booths promoting public safety items and services are welcomed. 

In meeting rooms, the conference will bring together industry leaders and advocates to explore how our region can better serve our citizens and strengthen the use of our Flex Software. Registration is required for the Conference for those attending.
